Walking for a Cause: Sterling Property Joins the 2025 Walk for Women’s Cancer

May 2025

On Saturday 2 May, members of the Sterling Property team proudly participated in the 2025 New Town Toyota Walk for Women’s Cancer, raising vital funds for the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.

Congratulations to Brian Neo, Jack Bradshaw, Colm McHugh, Jake Wallman, Simon Brady, Nicole Palmer, Denise Chong and Harry Ayers for representing Sterling Property in this meaningful initiative. Together, their efforts helped support critical research into breast and ovarian cancer—conditions that affect thousands of women and families across Western Australia.

The event, organised with exceptional dedication by Celia Byatt and the entire team at the Harry Perkins Institute, saw over $1.43 million raised in support of life-saving research. With every step taken and every dollar donated, participants made a tangible impact in the fight against women’s cancer.

“We may start the walk as strangers, but we end it as family” is the message that echoed throughout the day. Sterling Property was proud to walk alongside survivors, supporters, and the broader community, all united by a shared goal: to end cancer.

We thank the Perkins team for their outstanding organisation and look forward to returning for next year’s walk with even greater support.
