Terms and Conditions - Sterling Property

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.The competition is being run by Sterling Property.

The competition will commence on Monday 6th of January 2025 and will close at midnight on Thursday 6th of February 2025. The prize draw will take place on Friday 7th of February 2025, and the winner will be notified shortly thereafter.

Eligibility to Enter

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in Australia.

Employees of Sterling Property and its associates are not eligible to enter.

By participating, you confirm your eligibility to enter and receive any prize awarded.

Each person is limited to one entry. If an entrant unsubscribes from the Sterling Property Newsletter during the competition period, their entry will be forfeited.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

The Prize

The prize includes a Voyager Estate Collection Gift Hamper valued at $140 and Sterling Property merchandise.

The hamper’s alcohol content complies with the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 and exemptions under the Liquor Control Act 1988 in Western Australia. Specifically:

- The hamper contains no more than 20 litres of alcohol with an alcohol content below 20% by volume.
- It contains no more than 5 litres of alcohol with an alcohol content exceeding 20% by volume.
- The inclusion of specific brands as prizes does not imply affiliation or endorsement by those brands.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sterling Property reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Decisions regarding any aspect of the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided on Monday 10th of February 2025.

Sterling Property will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Sterling Property reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 30 days for the prize to be delivered by post; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by Sterling Property for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@sterlingproperty.au.

If requested by Sterling Property, the winner agrees to release their first name and place of employment to other competition participants.

The winner’s first name and country of residence will be announced on Sterling Property‘s website and social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

Sterling Property accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
