Simon Brady is a Partner at Sterling Property, bringing over 15 years of high-level sales and leadership experience to the agency. Since joining in 2023, Simon has rapidly established himself as a key contributor to both client outcomes and internal team success, earning a promotion to Partner in his first year and being recognised with the Sterling “Respectful Leadership” award.
Prior to joining Sterling, Simon held senior leadership roles across some of Western Australia’s most prominent building and construction brands, including tenures with the ABN Group and
Dale Alcock Projects. There, he led strategic business units spanning development, construction and marketing, gaining deep expertise in medium-density residential projects, childcare developments, and operational delivery. He now applies that insight to commercial real estate, providing clients with end-to-end advice on feasibility, site acquisition, buildability and future value.
Simon’s core agency focus includes investment sales, fringe office, medical, development sites and childcare centres, with a particular strength in the sub-$10 million middle market. He co-led Western Australia’s largest ever single childcare transaction during the submission period and was involved in achieving the sharpest yield on record for a childcare asset in the state, demonstrating a sharp commercial acumen and ability to close complex deals.
Known for his energy, strategic thinking and collaborative leadership style, Simon is also a key driver of internal innovation at Sterling.
Simon holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and continues to invest in his personal development.
