Prior to joining Sterling Property, Simon had extensive experience representing and leading some of the most successful and recognised building and construction brands in Western Australia, where he was responsible for business strategy, marketing and leading high-performing teams.
Simon’s focus as a sales and leasing agent will be focused on supporting clients on investment sales, fringe office, medical suites and development sites around the greater Perth area, with a core focus on middle market opportunities; childcare & medium density projects. Simon has a passion for delivering results for his clients by gaining a thorough understanding of their goals and circumstances to provide advice and guidance.
He is an MBA (UWA) graduate with exceptional problem-solving abilities, exemplary negotiation skills with a strong drive, and work ethic.
