Maria is a highly experienced finance professional with nearly four decades of expertise in commercial real estate. She commenced her career in 1985 with Richard Ellis (now CBRE), where she spent eight years in finance and leasing administration roles. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in property operations, stakeholder engagement, and financial processes.
She went on to spend 23 years at Burgess Rawson in a senior finance role, providing high-level support to the COO. Her responsibilities included corporate-level financial reporting, systems oversight, and executive support, contributing to the efficient and strategic management of the business.
