Jake joined Sterling Property in 2021 and has seven years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, having commenced his career at CBRE after completing a Bachelor of Laws at UWA in 2013 before going on to complete a Property Development and Valuation Commerce Degree at Curtin in 2017.
His expertise in commercial property spans investment sales, pre-leasing, development site sales and advisory in a broad range of sectors including Childcare, Englobo Land, Medical and Fuel, where he combines strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a client-first approach.
As an agent who specialises in the sale and -pre-leasing of Childcare assets, Jake has established himself as a market leader in WA’s early learning property sector. Over the past five years, he has completed more than $125 million in childcare transactions including an $18.5 million portfolio of four centres in 2022. His track record also includes the sale of 13 development parcels and 15 pre-leasing transactions, securing commitments from both national and local operators on behalf of his valued clients.
