Dylan Sweetman joined Sterling Property in 2026 as an Analyst, supporting the agency team across sales and leasing campaigns. Working closely with our senior agents, Dylan assists with market research, property analysis, campaign preparation and general transaction support across office, industrial, medical and development assets.
Dylan brings a proactive and detail-focused approach to his role and is building his knowledge of the Western Australian commercial property market through hands-on involvement in active campaigns. He enjoys working in a team environment and values the opportunity to learn from experienced operators within the business.
Currently completing a Bachelor of Arts at The University of Western Australia, majoring in International Relations, Political Science and History, Dylan applies strong research and analytical skills to support the delivery of informed outcomes for clients.
A proud Western Australian with strong family roots in the state, Dylan is motivated to develop a long-term career in commercial real estate and is proud to be part of the Sterling Property team. Outside of work and study, he has a keen interest in investment markets, geopolitics and travel.
