Clare Clark is the Licensee and Head of Agency Operations at Sterling Property, bringing over 13 years’ experience across all facets of commercial real estate.
Clare is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing agency operations, compliance, systems and team performance. Working closely with both the agency and asset services teams, she plays a central role in ensuring the business operates efficiently while supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients across sales, leasing and the wider business.
With experience spanning administration, marketing, transaction management and leadership, Clare has a comprehensive understanding of the full property lifecycle. She takes a methodical and solutions-focused approach to her work, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to bring structure and clarity across all areas of the business.
Clare is passionate about building a positive and high-performing team environment, with a focus on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. She works closely with the team to support development, streamline processes and maintain consistent standards across the business.
