Sterling Property Announces Brian Neo as Managing Director

Sterling Property is proud to announce that Founding Principal Partner Brian Neo has assumed full ownership of the business and now takes on the role of Managing Director.

 

This milestone marks a confident step forward for the firm, reinforcing its commitment to Western Australia’s commercial real estate sector and its continued focus on delivering trusted advice, long-term relationships, and outcomes that stand the test of time.

Mr Neo brings more than 25 years of experience in Western Australia’s commercial property market. A co-founder of Sterling Property, he has played a central role in building the business since its inception. Over the past two years, he has led the agency division, overseeing more than $1 billion in commercial sales and supporting clients through complex and high-value transactions.

“Our focus remains on trusted advice, strong relationships, and a commitment to our people,” Mr Neo said. “Supporting the success of our team is fundamental to delivering the best outcomes for our clients.”

Sterling Property’s senior leadership team brings decades of combined experience across agency, asset management, and commercial real estate strategy. The firm continues to grow its presence in key sectors including office, retail, industrial and development, as well as specialist areas such as childcare, medical, social infrastructure, and as well as asset services, property and facilities management.

Mr Neo also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to its Western Australian roots and the communities in which it operates.
