Sterling Property and Claremont Football Club Renew Partnership for Fifth Consecutive Year

March 2025

Sterling Property is proud to announce the renewal of its partnership with the Claremont Football Club for a fifth consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to the Claremont community and its support of grassroots sport.

The collaboration reflects Sterling Property’s enduring dedication to fostering local connections and creating a strong sense of community in Perth’s Western Suburbs.

Senior Partner Jack Bradshaw’s leadership was instrumental in forging the partnership between Sterling Property and the Claremont Football Club. A former Claremont league player and current assistant coach for the Colts, Bradshaw’s ongoing involvement continues to strengthen the relationship between the two entities, ensuring its success both on and off the field.

His dual role as a commercial sales and leasing expert specialising in the Claremont and surrounding areas, and as a football mentor, highlights the unique bond between Sterling Property and the Claremont Football Club, fostering a strong and enduring partnership.

“The connection we have with the Club goes beyond business,” Mr Bradshaw said.

“The people are what make Claremont such a great club, and at Sterling Property, we’re privileged to contribute in a small way through our role in the property and facilities management on the Club’s behalf.”
The partnership will see the return of the Sterling Sprint for the 2025 season, following the overwhelming success of last year’s halftime entertainment initiative.

The 50-metre race will again take centre stage at Claremont’s home matches including enhanced prizes.

Sterling Property Principal Partner Brian Neo commended the Club for its ongoing community focus and reflected on the success of the partnership.

“Over the past five years, we’ve been proud to support Claremont Football Club and its role as a cornerstone of the local community,” Mr Neo said.

“The vibe at Claremont home games is a fantastic example of how sport brings a community together, and it’s been a joy to see our staff here at Sterling embrace the partnership with so much enthusiasm.
“This partnership goes beyond sponsorship; it’s about creating relationships and memorable experiences that resonate on and off the field.”

Claremont Football Club CEO Darcy Coffey also praised the collaboration, highlighting Sterling’s impact in strengthening the Club’s ties with the local community.

“Sterling Property has become an integral part of the Claremont Tigers family,” Mr Coffey said.

“The Sterling Sprint has been an exciting addition to our match-day program, drawing great participation and adding a vibrant new element to the fan experience.

“Sterling’s ongoing support has helped us maintain and enhance the Revo Fitness Stadium asset while also expanding our community outreach, and we’re excited to continue this partnership.

Sterling Property’s influence in the Claremont area extends beyond the Club. As Asset Managers of Revo Fitness Stadium and the Claremont Football Club’s clubhouse – one of the premier WAFL grounds in WA – Sterling Property plays a key role in the venue’s success.

The company has also been instrumental in shaping the Claremont in the Park precinct, having brokered the sale of and now leasing the medical suites at 2 Shenton Road, the last remaining lot in the development.

This site, adjacent to the Football Club, is set to become the new Claremont Medical Centre under the stewardship of Australian Development Capital (ADC).

“We take immense pride in being part of Claremont’s journey,” Mr Neo said. “It’s a privilege to work with the Club and see firsthand how our partnership fosters a sense of connection, growth, and community spirit.” Mr Bradshaw added.
