Learn MoreAt Sterling Property, we aim to go beyond commercial success – we actively support initiatives that strengthen our community.
Through our Local Impact Initiative, we champion projects that create real change in the areas that we operate, from strong commercial connections to grassroots partnerships.
Our collaborations, including our partnership with Claremont Football Club and participation in the Walk for Women’s Cancer, reflect our commitment to making a difference. Whether it’s energising game days with the Sterling Sprint or raising funds for life-saving research, we’re proud to give back.
By prioritising community engagement, we build stronger connections with clients and organisations that share our values – ensuring our impact extends far beyond property.

Sterling Property has proudly partnered with Claremont Football Club for six years, underscoring our unwavering commitment to the Claremont community and the promotion of grassroots sport.
The partnership began through Senior Partner Jack Bradshaw’s involvement with Claremont Football Club, where he played as a league footballer before transitioning into coaching as an assistant for the Colts. His deep connection to the Club has strengthened the relationship between both organisations, and his continued involvement has helped solidify the partnership, ensuring its long-term success both on and off the field.
In 2024, we introduced the Sterling Sprint, a dynamic halftime event at Claremont’s home games that quickly became a matchday favourite. The 50-metre sprint injected excitement into game day, bringing fans together in a shared moment of energy and competition. The crowd’s enthusiasm turned the race into more than just entertainment but a community favourite during Claremont’s home games.
