Cottesloe’s status as Perth’s premier family office precinct has been bolstered by the sale of a premium office suite at 28 Station Street, in a deal brokered by Sterling Property.
Latin Resources Managing Director Chris Gale’s boutique investment advisory firm, Allegra Capital, acquired the 61 sqm office, located on the second floor of the building, for $649,000.
Mr Gale intends to operate Allegra Capital from the premises, which is set to undergo a high standard fit out.
Just two office suites of 116 sqm and 146 sqm are now available in the newly constructed building, with Sterling Property having brokered more than $7 million in sales in the last 12 months, with the majority of the 11 suites sold to family offices.
Sterling Property Principal Partner Brian Neo said 28 Station Street’s proximity to the fashion and hospitality precinct of Napoleon Street, as well as its easy access to both Perth CBD and Fremantle underpinned its appeal to a wide range of businesses.
“This transaction highlights the strong demand from family offices in Cottesloe, where we consistently see demand outstripping supply,” Mr Neo said.
“The development’s location, paired with the quality of its design, has proven highly attractive to discerning investors.”
Mr Neo said 28 Station Street’s architecturally designed spaces catered to modern business needs, with each suite including secure undercover parking and end-of-trip facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants.
The development, located on the high-profile corner of Stirling Highway and Station Street, boasts an impressive entry foyer, enhancing its professional appeal, while its location near public transport and a four-hour free public carpark makes it easily accessible for both employees and visitors.
“With Cottesloe’s limited commercial offerings, the remaining lots are expected to generate high interest from investors eager to secure a presence in this prime beachside location,” Mr Neo said.
“Sterling Property anticipates a swift sale of the final suites as the boutique office development approaches a complete sellout.
